Claris Foundation was duly registered as a Legal Person by the Registrar of Legal Persons on 5th December 2008 in accordance with the Second Schedule of the Civil Code, Chapter 16 of the Laws of Malta.  The Foundation is registered by public deed in the acts of Notary Dr. Maria Christina Saydon.

2. The objects of the Foundation shall be, inter alia:

(i) to identify, understand and raise awareness about vulnerable persons in Malta and abroad;

(ii) to develop and implement programmes in support of the health and well-being of children;

(iii) to develop and implement programmes in support of the education of children worldwide.

(iv) to raise funds for the financing of projects undertaken in fulfilment for the objects outlined above.

3. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Foundation shall also engage in activities which may be ancillary and conducive to the attainment of the above purposes and objectives.
