Description of Duties

 Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors

 Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations

 Draft all legal documentation

 Ensure that companies comply and operate in accordance with statutory and legal provisions

 Handling the client portfolio concerning power of attorney, bank accounts

 Liaise with other local regulators

 Advice and assist management on legal issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language Requirements

English, Greek and Russian

Education Level

Relevant Legal Degree Law Degree (LLB or LLM)

Particular Skills

 Excellent knowledge of the English Language

 Knowledge of Russian Language will be considered an advantage

 Excellent organizational and communication skills

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the profession or advisory experience in company law
